Well-organized content should be in a logical and intuitive manner. You can categorize your projects by type like branding, web design, and illustration. This way you can effectively guide the audience to find your relevant work. The platform matters because different platform aligns with your goals and allows for easy navigation and presentation of your work. Jenner also made sure to incorporate two 18th-century painted door panels into the design of her home as a nod to her childhood. "I’ve always been a huge Turrell fan. I was introduced to his work by [my brother-in-law] Kanye [West], who collaborates with him," Jenner says. "I wanted this piece to be a focal point of the house, and I’m so hyped to have it here."

Kendall admitted she doesn’t use her office super often — but the people on her team sure do. The living room is outfitted with custom sofas covered in a threads linen; vintage pillows from Richard Shapiro Studiolo, Pat McGann, and Brenda Antin; shag rug from Woven. Although Jenner confesses that she’s still new to the contemporary-art world, Fernandez emphasizes that her interest is far from superficial. “Kendall wasn’t just checking off names on a list or blindly following the advice of an adviser. She picked things that meant something to her, things she had a gut reaction to,” the designer notes.

Kendall’s bedroom, like the rest of her home, also showcases different art installations

It displays the measurements of the private parts of one of her friend's ex-boyfriends. Then there are painted doors from Italy with pictures of people on them. Jenner said she loves picking up pieces at Art Basel in Miami or during travels in Europe. According to Refinery29, buying art online from Etsy, Saatchi Art, Minted, and Spacey Studios can be easy and affordable. It's best to find art that inspires you, sparks joy, and reminds you of the beauty in life and yourself. According to Better Homes & Gardens, you don't need much space to create a courtyard.

Jenner suited up in an olive green double-breasted blazer and pleated trousers by Phoebe Philo. The supermodel added on patent leather square-toe boots, completing her look with silver earrings. The model, and star of “Keeping Up With The Kardashians”, Kendall Jenner has owned several houses in the past, but she currently lives in an exclusive gated community in  Beverly Hills, California. Kendall is often regarded as the most private of the Kardashian-Jenner dynasty, so the fact she’s given us an intimate look into her space is truly a gift.

Kendall Jenner has long been in the limelight for her illustrious modelling career. She has also often given her followers major off-duty dressing inspiration, along with edgy red carpet looks and fun makeup hacks too. “My life involves a lot of chaos and travel and high energy, so I wanted a home that feels serene, a place where I can simply zone out and relax,” she continues. Next to the living room, snuggled in an alcove, is Kendall Jenner’s beautiful home bar.

Instead of white and supersized mega-mansions like the ones belonging to sisters Kourtney, Kim, Khloe, and Kylie, her home is colorful with old-fashioned accents. Kendall gave a tour of her adorable home to Architectural Digest, and we're following along for all the details. After spending a year redesigning with the help of mother-and-son design team Kathleen and Tommy Clements, the result is a cozy environment where she can feel at peace. It's an older structure with a Mediterranean design and historical touches such as archways and built-in bookshelves. Kendall Jenner’s home seems to encapsulate a calm and soothing aesthetic, which also extends to her peaceful home office.

With forest-green cabinets, white marble countertops, a farmhouse sink, and gold fixtures that warm up the space, the model’s kitchen is downright gorgeous. The model says her en-suite bathroom may have had the biggest makeover of all the spaces in her home. Some significant structural changes included expanding the shower to twice its size, adding in glass to make it feel more open, and raising the ceilings. But the bathroom's standout piece is a brass tub by Catchpole & Rye. Doors from her bedroom lead to her backyard surrounded by trees.

Situated in the premium Mulholland Estates neighbourhood of Beverly Hills, Kendall Jenner’s house is a sight to behold. The massive property is replete with luxuries and is worth an estimated $8.5 million. Inspired by Spanish architectural styles, the house exudes a natural and country rustic vibe.

Emily Ratajkowski exudes effortless style in a black leather trench coat as she leaves her house in the West Village of New York City, on April 19. Gillian Anderson wears a simply chic floral dress to the opening night of Broadway's new play Patriots on April 22 in New York City. Brother-sister duo Evan and Tracee Ellis Ross share a moment together during the Mercedes-Benz party celebrating the new G-Class in L.A. The Sunset Strip home also has a home theater, a recording studio and a gym, according to Realtor.com. The primary bedroom suite has floor-to-ceiling windows, a seating area, outdoor terrace access and a bathroom with a stand-alone tub and two rain showers, the tour shows. The home marries rustic with modern architecture, contrasting light wood floors and white brick with sleek floor-to-ceiling windows and minimalistic black lines on the exterior, Realtor.com photos show.

Unlike her sisters, it’s relatively free of mirrored surfaces, glitzy finishes, high shine textures and a monochrome palette. Instead, it’s a melange of soft, cozy furnishings, an earthy color scheme (namely pops of forest green) and a robust collection of contemporary art. All throughout the 6,625-square-foot home, you will find meditation corners, places to prepare tea, or bright, open spaces that lead to the serene backyard. In fact, the house itself is U-shaped, which means that every part of it connects to the green backyard area. “My life involves a lot of chaos and travel and high energy, so I wanted a home that feels serene, a place where I can simply zone out and relax,” Jenner told the Arch Digest team.

There are several bottles of alcohol like vodka and rum, while the shelves hold martini glasses, wine glasses, and tumblers in crystal. Framed photos of party scenes from the 1970s decorate the walls. One image features the band The Village People, known for the hit dance song "YMCA." Another has Mick Jagger's ex-wife, model Bianca Jagger, all glammed up for a night on the town. On the bar counter is a framed photo of Kendall with pals, a silver tray, and a rustic-looking jug filled with purple and pink flowers. When Jenner needs her makeup done for a red carpet event like the People's Choice Awards, she heads to her stylish glam room. The counter is white with a dark gray base, and several thin drawers hold makeup and hairbrushes.

Marie Antoinette had one at the Palace of Versailles in the 1780s. Jenner also has a spacious walk-in closet and fitting room next to her glam room. For a woman who poses for photoshoots every day, it's savvy to have a room just for changing clothes. It's a stand-alone fitting room for when Jenner needs to try on different garments before heading to a shoot. It's the size of a bedroom with clothing racks back to back, a chair, and shelves for purses. She hilariously calls it her "Hannah Montana" room because there are so many fun and bright clothes.

Perfect for Friends

Jenner purchased the home from Charlie Sheen in 2017 for $8.55 million (via Trulia). It has the usual features like a big living room with a fireplace, a cozy bedroom that fits an oversized bed (and a tea corner), and a massive kitchen with an island. She also has some fancy features in her dwelling that make the Kardashian/Jenner family proud.

To keep costs down, they recommend switching out the marble countertops and backsplash for white quartz (which is also easier to maintain than marble). Zen elements and artwork aside, the young member of the Kardashian-Jenner clan made sure her home doesn’t lack any modern-day comforts and glam elements. While living in her newly designed home, Jenner has found herself in the kitchen quite often. The main dining-room wall is decorated with a quirky mix of artwork, and a second table has natural-looking accents on top.

The safety amenities were likely selling points for the model, who had experiences with a burglary and a stalker at her previous residence. The gates on the property also reportedly keep the paparazzi out, so Jenner can enjoy her home undisturbed. The estimated worth of Kendall Jenner’s house in Beverly Hills is around $8.5 million. The eccentric property has five bedrooms, six bathrooms, and other plush amenities to keep up with the lifestyle of the superstar model. Kendall, 20, bought the 4,800 square feet, six-bedroom, five-bathroom property last month for a cool $8.6 million.

“Less than 2 weeks until the first Monday in may… but who’s counting? What were your fav looks ♥️,” Phillips captioned the carousel of photos. In March, she was spotted wearing another monochromatic set while walking around Beverly Hills. That one was a navy blue set from Bottega Veneta, featuring a blazer with a wrap-cinched waist and unique pocket flaps protruding from the center and pleated straight-leg pants. She added shiny black pumps, narrow black rectangular sunglasses, gold earrings, and an orange iteration of Bottega Veneta’s Kalimero Città bag. While hosting an event to premiere Mercedes-Benz's new electric G-Class on Tuesday, the supermodel showed out in an updated take on the power suit that emulated the best of her signature minimalistic style.

While much of Jenner's furnishings are subdued, she has colorful contemporary artwork throughout her home. Near the home's entrance is James Turrell ovoid wall sculpture (pictured on the AD cover below), which is animated by computer-programmed LED lights and casts a rosy glow over the foyer. Two colorful works by Barbara Kruger hang in the hallway that leads to Jenner's bedroom and above the double-sided fireplace in the sitting area of her bedroom is a bright Tracey Emin light sculpture. A Hollywood living room is usually spacious, but it's not often a place where you can cuddle up with a good book. Jenner's living room, however, features an intimate, worn-in feel. According to her home tour on YouTube, she wanted to create a Bohemian style in the space and have a cozy spot to hang out.

Exposed wooden beams adorn the high ceiling, adding a rustic vibe. Though arguably more approachable, Jenner's home is still clearly that of an A-lister. For example, two of the five bedrooms were converted into glam and fitting rooms, and what was once a movie theater is now an art studio for her friends to flex their creativity. We finally got a full look inside Kendall Jenner's newly redesigned home, and phew, was it worth the wait! The supermodel is the cover star for Architectural Digest's September Style issue, and she told the publication all the details about her cozy Los Angeles abode. Kendall spent the past year revamping the house alongside designers Kathleen and Tommy Clements and Waldo Fernandez, creating a peaceful escape far removed from the hustle and bustle.

Before it came under Jenner's possession, the house once belonged to Charlie Sheen and his ex-wife, Brooke Mueller, and Detroit Piston's owner Tom Gores before them. We're sure Jenner will turn the space into a Cool Girl's haven once she moves in. Kendall Jenner bought her first property at 18, when she bought a two-bedroom condo in Los Angeles for $1.4 million. However, she sold it in 2017 and moved on to a new house in Beverly Hills. Kendall Jenner is an American TV actress and one of the highest-paid models in the world, with a net worth estimated to be around $45 million.

Each time a journalist dies or is injured, we lose a fragment of that truth,” CPJ Program Director Carlos Martínez de la Serna said in a statement. One organizer complained that the White House Correspondents’ Association — which represents the hundreds of journalists who cover the president — largely has been silent since the first weeks of the war about the killings of Palestinian journalists. To get inside Saturday’s dinner, some guests had to hurry through hundreds of protesters outraged over the mounting humanitarian disaster for Palestinian civilians in Gaza. They condemned Biden for his support of Israel’s military campaign and Western news outlets for what they said was undercoverage and misrepresentation of the conflict. Trump did not attend Saturday’s dinner and never attended the annual banquet as president. In 2011, he sat in the audience, and glowered through a roasting by then-President Barack Obama of Trump’s reality-television celebrity status.

Docent-led guided tours of the home delve into the influence of the Hemingway family and the Oak Park community on the young author. This is how culture was made for decades, even centuries, and maybe it explains why music culture today — lacking this local ownership, growth and stimulation by the participants themselves — is mostly cycling through retro styles over and over again. Lyrical themes in Chicago House Music are often positive and uplifting, as they speak to the joy of dancing, unity, and freedom. Many songs also explore deeper themes such as racial injustice, social inequality, and self-empowerment. These topics are explored through samples or live vocals that create a unique atmosphere. This signature sound is created by combining elements of techno and disco to create a unique and danceable sound.

CHICAGO (AP) — A Chicago woman has been convicted of killing and dismembering her landlord and putting some of the victim’s remains inside a freezer in the boarding house where she lived. “We’ve never had a lineup of house artists like this on the same stage together, and we are excited to partner with a group like NASCAR who is committed to putting Chicago front and center of everything they do,” said Vince Lawrence, House Music 40 founder and the event’s curator. Chicago architects used many design styles and belonged to a variety of architectural schools.

The annual event kicks off summer with DJs and live performances showcasing the various sounds and styles of house music. Many of the songs that defined the Chicago house music sound were released primarily on vinyl by the labels DJ International Records and Trax Records, both of which had distribution outside of Chicago, leading to house's popularity in other cities, including New York and London. Stepping back and taking the bird’s eye view, the greatest takeaway from Beyond Heaven is that these flyers form a record of the way that culture used to be made. You see big house events — huge by anything but modern festival standards — and then the music spreading through the schools and neighborhoods where individual DJs, promoters, party crews, etc. had some sense of ownership for the culture they loved and were helping to create.

Obama’s sarcasm then was so scalding that many political watchers linked it to Trump’s subsequent decision to run for president in 2016. "Society will be a little bit safer without this person out there, and the people wherever she's incarcerated are a little bit less safe," said Frances Walker's brother, Arnold Walker. Police came to investigate the situation three times and left, but prosecutors said Kolalou was only arrested after a quarrel with the tow truck driver in which she pulled a knife. What is Product Development? Definition, Examples, Process and Strategies

continuous product design

Their reluctance to continuously evolve their product design to cater to changing consumer preferences resulted in dwindling market share and bankruptcy in 2012. With the right mindset and resources, companies can overcome these obstacles. It's essential for businesses to understand that continuous product design is not an extravagant luxury, but a strategic necessity in today's rapidly evolving market.

Engineers Look to Adopt a More Sustainable Approach to Electronic Design

This not only keeps the product relevant but also allows for quicker validation of design choices. Let's explore the primary areas of a product that experience significant enhancements through continuous product development. It's an investment in the future, ensuring that your products don't just meet the current market demands but are set to adapt and thrive amid tomorrow's challenges. Airbnb's design process includes rapid prototyping with multiple versions of a new feature or service tested both internally and with users. Apple also invests in R&D (research and development) to explore new technologies for future models, and prototyping plays a crucial role in their design process.

Continuous feedback loops with users and stakeholders

Using insights from the discovery phase, teams brainstorm ideas and create low-fidelity prototypes. These prototypes help validate assumptions, gather quick user feedback, and refine the initial concepts. Prioritizing user feedback and incorporating it into the design process fosters a sense of ownership and connection with the user community.

Resistance to change within the organization

This strategy leverages existing brand equity and distribution channels to introduce new products more efficiently. For example, air freight may be the most time-efficient transport in the supply chain, but it has a high cost and high environmental impact. Meanwhile, a 100% recycled plastic part may have a lower carbon footprint, but the quality may drop, requiring a faster rate of replacement for the part. When done correctly, website redesign can actually improve your rankings, not ruin them. It allows them to quickly implement fixes and upgrades in response to customers' feedback gathered through various channels, including social media. Their recommendation algorithm is constantly refined to improve user engagement and satisfaction.

I became a customer of Quantum Metric, partially because of this vision and partly because the platform itself was already eons ahead of its competitors. The wearable industry is constantly growing and evolving, with new products being introduced every year that offer more and more advanced features. Our custom wearable watch is a cutting-edge product that integrates a range of sensors to monitor vital signs and detect sudden falls, providing critical information to keep the wearer safe and healthy.

continuous product design

It acknowledges that discovery activities don’t stop once product delivery begins. Instead, discovery continues throughout the entire product development process—discovery feeds delivery and delivery feeds discover, in a continuous loop. Continuous product discovery embraces the drive for customer feedback and makes it habitual. Learnings aren’t just gathered at the beginning of a project—they're collected through continuous communication with customers throughout the entire development lifecycle. Traditionally, product discovery is the first stage of the product development journey.

Choose appropriate tools & technologies: Utilize data analytics, user feedback tools, etc.

Since its introduction in the 1990s, the agile Development Process has been adopted by many organizations across the globe. By implementing these product development strategies, companies can drive innovation, create value for customers, and achieve sustainable growth in an increasingly competitive marketplace. Accessible design exploration allows for hundreds of design options and pushes the boundaries of sustainable innovation. It can also remove time-intensive reworks, giving rise to adopting more innovative technologies and materials. Design decisions that are based on holistic sustainability KPIs will result in massive efficiency gains for the product in the real world. Combining the real and digital worlds makes it possible to integrate and digitalize the entire value chain.

Revitalizing a Classic: Continuous Improvement in Action

Continuous product design fosters agility, enabling teams to adapt swiftly to market shifts and competitive pressures. By embracing an iterative approach, companies can quickly pivot in response to emerging trends or competitor innovations. This flexibility allows for rapid experimentation and course corrections, ensuring that products remain relevant and competitive.

By adopting a user-centric design approach, companies can develop innovative solutions that solve user problems and exceed their expectations. Designers and engineers in a continuous product design team are the product’s creators. They turn the product manager’s vision into reality, using their technical knowledge and creativity to design and create the product.

To wrap up, continuous product design isn't just a methodology; it's a commitment to ongoing improvement and adaptation. Consider smart home devices; they work together, sharing data to enhance the user's experience. Products are no longer static but can adapt and improve through firmware updates based on user behavior and feedback.

This feedback allows teams to understand customer needs and adjust product features to better meet these needs. Agile product development makes it easy to deliver digital products faster than ever. Continuous Product Design makes it possible to extend the principles of agile product development across the business. And by connecting customer signals to every phase of the digital product lifecycle, teams can learn faster, agree on priorities, and deliver the products that customers want. Choose a pilot project that allows your team to test and refine the new approach.

In fact, nearly any research method can be adapted to a continuous discovery process. The validation stage is where the prototype is tested for value and ease of use. Instead of a basic visual concept, users are now validating a product’s first functional state. Feedback here should focus on ease of use, goal accomplishment, and initial quality.

Our team followed this process to ensure that the watch was developed to the highest standards and that it would meet the needs of users. "Hocus Pocus:" The Witches' House and Other Filming Locations

hocus pocus house

Some of the flowers, which are in peak bloom in late August and early September, date back to the early 20th century. I could go on about how gorgeous they are, but you should really see them for yourself. It's a very quiet nieghborhood and the neighbors are very pleasant... Beautiful view of the harbor/bay area right along side of the house and the house looks exactly like it did in the movie Hocus Pocus... In keeping up with the Sandersons, we were able to locate their current whereabouts — which are nowhere near Salem this time around.

As I mentioned in my February 2016 post for the Mike the Fanboy website, some Hocus Pocus filming also took place at Warner Bros. The park where Dani (Thora Birch), Allison (Vinessa Shaw) and Max (Omri Katz) celebrated the supposed death of the Sanderson Sisters towards the end of the movie is located at the Ranch. As I also mentioned in my Mike the Fanboy post, the park, and its fountain, should be recognizable to Friends fans – they were featured each week in the hit series’ opening credits. The real cemetery (Old Burial Hill) is one major film location that's not actually in Salem. Instead, it's in the nearby town of Marblehead, and it's a quick 15-minute drive if you want to trace Max's route home.

Boston is about 45 minutes south of the town, and the popular beaches of Gloucester are about a 20-minute drive to the east. However, if you’re looking to stay here, you’re more interested in the cobwebs, smoking cauldron, and enchantment of the house itself. The Ropes Mansion, built in 1727 and renovated in 1894, served as Allison's House in the 1993 movie "Hocus Pocus", which starred Bette Midler, Sarah Jessica Parker and Kathy Najimy. Filming of the Halloween party scene took place in The MacArthur’s Elks Hall, a grand room featuring sweeping archways, carved wooden columns, and ornate chandeliers. The property featured in that segment is another gorgeous Victorian, originally built in 1896.

“It’s just a bunch of hocus pocus,” Max says, in what could be called famous last words before lighting the black-flamed candle and bringing the witches back from the grave after 300 years. Readers often ask about this creepy old cottage where the witches lived in the movie and whether it’s real. The answer, as you can probably tell by the screenshot of it above, is no.

Samuel Skelton High School

This is private property, but the owners don’t mind visitors snapping a few photos outside their residence. Usually, no pets or young children are allowed, and since the cottage only sleeps two people, no parties or events are permitted. Nestled in the woods of eastern Massachusetts, the Hocus Pocus house is located just outside of Salem in Danvers. If the idea of staying in the house from the Halloween movie favorite "Hocus Pocus" has you saying, "Come, we fly!" like a Sanderson sister, then Airbnb has something right up your alley. I found a video about East Whittier that was filmed in one of the school’s actual classrooms and, as you can see above and below, that classroom appears to be a direct match to the Hocus Pocus classroom.

In the original 1993 Hocus Pocus movie, the Sanderson sisters — Winnie, Mary, and Sarah — come back to life on Halloween night after their deaths in 17th-century Salem, Mass. Alive again, the Sandersons try everything in their power to stay immortal. Max gets a rude welcome to Salem (and loses his shoes in the process) when he’s accosted by school bullies Ernie and Jay while crossing through a graveyard on his way home from school. The scene was filmed in nearby Marblehead at Old Burial Hill, which dates back to the 1600s and contains the graves of around 600 Revolutionary soldiers, according to the graveyard’s website.

However, some of the most iconic settings of the film are in Salem and nearby Marblehead. The film’s 25-year anniversary has caused a notable uptick in “Hocus Pocus” fans visiting Salem, according to Kate Fox, the executive director of Destination Salem, the town’s marketing organization. Visit Santa Cruz County is a private, non-profit corporation, serving as the official visitor marketing entity for Santa Cruz County.

If you look carefully at the numbers above the doorways, you can actually get an address! The most popular destination for Hocus Pocus fans is the “Devil’s” house at 6536 Friends Avenue. This private residence was built in 1911 and is actually one of Whittier’s historic homes. With a new Hocus Pocus movie taking this spookseason by storm, we couldn't think of a better time to take a look back at the original Hocus Pocus house, plus a few filming locations for the much-awaited sequel. While you may not be able to summon witches by lighting a black flame candle, you can step into the world of "Hocus Pocus" by visiting Salem, Massachusetts. The Dennison family's picturesque house is a popular tourist attraction, though, it's in a residential area and isn't officially open to tourists.

There are a few must-visit spots in Salem for every die-hard "Hocus Pocus" fan — Allison's house, Max's house, the Old Town Hall, and Salem Common. A total of 19 people were put to death on suspicions of "witchcraft" in Salem Village. I visited Salem in the last week of September during the coronavirus pandemic. When choosing where to travel, I zeroed in on states which wouldn't require me to quarantine for two weeks once I was back in New York City.

Through the end of fall, though it should be noted that the interior was not used during filming. Also not featured in the film but still worth checking out are the gardens behind the mansion, which are exquisitely maintained. In addition, the history of Salem and numerous other famous filming locations are only a few minutes down the road. The film is set in Salem, Massachusetts, but most of it was shot on sound stages in Burbank, California.

The timeworn cottage was recreated to resemble the bewitching and nostalgic home, located in the remote woods of Salem. "Hocus Pocus" fans can have a chance to run amok and live out the witchy ways of the Sanderson Sisters in Salem, Massachusetts this Halloween season. Thackery Binx is the first "Hocus Pocus" character we see in the movie.

As it turns out, the dwelling is situated along the eastern side of Central Park, which is also known as Friends Park. A family lives in the house today so that's something to be aware of for anyone who is planning to visit. The Ropes Mansion is located in the thoroughfare of downtown Salem and is only a couple of houses down from the Witch House at Salem. The real-life town hall today hosts farmers' markets, fashion shows, weddings, and parties, per Salem.org. October is usually Salem's busiest month, especially in the lead up to Halloween.

The prevalence of four on the floor beats in dance music is largely derived from house. Frank Lloyd Wright's Prairie School influenced both building design and the design of furnishings. The apartments typically have the same layout with a large living and dining room area at the front, the kitchen at the back and the bedrooms running down one side of the unit. Acid house arose from Chicago artists' experiments with the squelchy Roland TB-303 bass synthesizer, and the style's earliest release on vinyl is generally cited as Phuture's "Acid Tracks" (1987). Hardy once played it four times over the course of an evening until the crowd responded favorably.[21] The track also utilized a Roland TR-707 drum machine. Throughout the track, 19-year-old Adonis whispers, "release my soul / I’ve lost control / too far gone / ain’t no way back", detailing his inner dystopian thoughts on the dancefloor. This track is both soul reincarnating and downright frightening with its minimalistic, monotone approach. As a future pioneer of our beloved acid house, we’re not sure if Adonis ever quite made it back. A track full of subtlety with afoundation of blistering piano runs to banging drum hits and topped with ascreaming Darryl Pandy.

As an added bonus, this park is where many of the outdoor "school" shots were filmed, allowing you to relive more of your favorite scenes as you gaze upon the building. The famous house where Allison and Max foolishly opened the Sanderson Sisters' spell book is an actual private residence. According to Zillow, the home was built in 1870 and is estimated to be worth over $520,000 today. While the home remains closed to the public, Boston.com reports that the current owners are actually very nice about tourists stopping to take photos. Considering all the locations the story takes place and how amazing the cinematography is, it’s easy to think that Max, Dani, Allison and Binx’s world would be filmed on various studio lots in Los Angeles, California.

In December 2021, the locals were warned about the upcoming out-of-season Halloween decor that would hit the town due to the film’s crews. Although the house is privately owned, hardcore fans have been known to take a photo or two in front of the boo-tiful abode. Known as the Ropes Mansion, the historic structure was built back in the 18th century (1727), and has served as home to three generations of the Ropes family, after being purchased by Judge Nathaniel Ropes, Jr. in 1768. Since Salem’s Pioneer Village is a museum, visitors are encouraged to explore. The classic Halloween film that started it all was released almost three decades ago. The much-anticipated sequel to the popular 1993 film has us eagerly embracing our inner witch vibes.

That concludes my tour of the LA shooting locations from Hocus Pocus. If you know of any additional filming locations throughout the Los Angeles area, please drop a comment below. The last location on our list is the Warner Bros Ranch studio lot. Getting to step foot onto this set is a very SPECIAL experience.

But it turns out, director Kenny Ortega also took a different route by heading to the exact New England location where the story is set. If you’re interested in taking a mini-tour through where Hocus Pocus was filmed 29 years ago, then you’ve come to the right spooky place. It's a two-story house that claims to be "the only structure you can visit in Salem with direct ties to the Salem witch trials of 1692." It is said to have served as the home of Jonathan Corwin, a judge in the trials. Today, it's a museum where visitors can get a snapshot of 17th-century life. Photos of the home reveal detailed interiors decorated with tons of candles, potions, overgrown ivy, a huge dry-ice-filled cauldron, and antique furnishings.

According to The Providence Journal, residents of Rhode Island welcomed the infamous witches to town. And to plan your trip, visit the official website of the historic museum. At the beginning of the classic ’90s film, viewers get a glimpse of the 17th-century Salem witch trials.

Founded in 1638, Old Burial Hill Cemetery is located just south of Salem in Marblehead, Massachusetts. This historic burial ground is where Max first runs into the quintessential ‘90s bullies Jay and Ernie (“Ice”). Though most of the nighttime scenes were filmed on a soundstage, the daytime scenes were shot on location and you can still find some of the tombstones featured in the movie.

Don't worry, though; nobody there is out to kill any witches or students of the macabre that come to visit. Yes, you can see the real-life location where the Sanderson Sisters were resurrected—if you dare! This private residence located at 4 Ocean Ave in Salem dates all the way back to 1870. Visitors probably shouldn't go knocking, but you can take a stroll by the house and admire its iconic exterior. In real life, the building was formerly Phillips Elementary School on South Washington Square in Salem. It was no longer being used at the time of filming, so it was easy for them to shoot scenes there.

The opening scene set in 1600s Salem

Back at the cemetery, Billy catches up to the children and cuts open his stitched mouth with Max's knife, and joins the children against the witches after revealing his hatred of Winifred. The witches snatch Dani back after attacking the children from the air, and Winifred attempts to use their last vial of potion to suck out Dani's life force. Binx manages to knock the potion out of Winifred's hand, and Max catches the potion and drinks it, forcing the witches to take him instead of Dani. Hocus Pocus 2 did not disappoint with its stunning visuals and vibrant scenery. Many of the scenes in the film's sequel took place at the local high school in Salem—but were actually shot at La Salle Academy, a private preparatory school in Providence, Rhode Island.

Visit Santa Cruz County works to enhance tourism, the visitor experience, and the area economy by positioning and promoting Santa Cruz County as a year-around visitor, conference and film destination. The Old Town Hall is the site of the epic Halloween party in which Better Midler sings "I Put A Spell on You" while doing just that to the clueless guests in attendance. The oldest surviving municipal structure in the city is still a public hall, hosting farmers markets, fashion shows, fundraisers, parties, weddings, and more. But its popularity stems from the scene in Hocus Pocus when Max rides his bicycle through the cemetery. Visitors can relive the party scene where the rich people gathered for Halloween.

It also offers a picturesque view of the town, and is open to the public. In addition, the guests will enjoy a special screening of “Hocus Pocus 2” and have the opportunity to explore the city of Salem. The Hocus Pocus house doesn’t have a full bathroom, but there’s an outhouse located within steps of the cottage. The cottage the Sanderson sisters lived in is an actual house in Danvers, Mass.

Later in the movie, it serves as the backdrop for a good chunk of the climax when Max, Dani, and Allison square off against the Sanderson sisters. While I stopped for a picture and a selfie, I was very self-conscious the whole time because it was a residential neighborhood. Anyone visiting should be respectful to those living in this community. While the front of the house was crowded, I had the big garden to myself. While I was already excited to "visit" Allison's house, the garden left me speechless and is a must-visit for tourists.

As it wasn't October, Halloween month, yet and it was in the middle of the week, I felt like I had the town to myself. It wasn't crowded and there was no wait time to get into any of the socially-distanced attractions like the Witch House. It did get more crowded as we got closer to the weekend, so that is something to keep in mind if you're trying to avoid that. The gorgeous fall colors from the movie were missing from the park during my trip. The Salem Common park is a public park which is about a 10-minute walk from the Old Town Hall. In "Hocus Pocus," there's a memorable scene of the Sanderson sisters riding their brooms in the night sky that I envisioned as I stood looking at the harbor.

The two-person reservation at the cottage will be on Thursday, Oct. 20, for just $31. Built in 1930 to mark the tercentennial of Massachusetts, Pioneer Village is America’s first living history museum. One year before Max, Dani, and Binx captured the Sanderson Sisters inside the red-brick building, Phillips Elementary stopped functioning as a school.

They work closely with the product manager, incorporating user feedback and insights to create a product that not only solves the users’ problems but also delights them. Product teams collect user feedback during the testing phase in continuous product design. This feedback is critical as it is used to refine and improve the product before its final launch. Consider the product as a complex project and the customers as the end-users. This feedback is then utilized by the product team to refine and enhance the project over time.
